JRF: 99.67 marks

Assistant Professor: 97.65 marks

The cut off marks for Assistant professor is 170 for unreserved category in Economics / Rural Economics /Co-operation / Demography / Development Planning and for JRF is 188 marks.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will likely release the UGC NET 2023 results soon. On the official UGC NET website, located at ugcnet.nta.nic.in / ntaresults.nic.in, a link for the UGC NET 2023 results will be active.

Candidates can download and install the SANDES application as a secondary channel to receive time-to-time notifications from NTA.

UGC NET is conducted for ‘assistant professor’ and ‘junior research fellowship.

NTA released the provisional answer key of UGC NET June 2023 on July 6, 2023. The last date to raise objections was till July 8, 2023. The final answer key has not been released and will be released along with the results.

UGC NET result 2023 expected date is July 26 or July 27, 2023.

To be considered for ‘JRF and Assistant Professor’ and for ‘Assistant Professor’ positions, candidates must have appeared in both papers and secured at least 40% aggregate marks in both papers taken together (35% for SC, ST, OBC-NCL, PwD and third gender).
