Provide principal
support in an office by carrying out office procedures independently. Handle a variety of situations and problems without supervision.
Perform in place of the supervisor as needed. Make administrative judgments and decisions to keep office functioning smoothly in the
absence of supervisor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Prepare basic reports, such as budget or numbers reports.

High school
diploma or equivalent


Three (3) years or more of progressive office experience


Proficiency in Oracle, Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications as required

organizational skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and judgment
in decision-making

Ability to work independently
