Associate Director of Finance and Administration. The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the staff and faculty activity and HR
programing for the department which includes new employee onboarding for faculty and staff, HR system entry management, payroll system
oversight, letter of offer development and management, faculty affairs oversight, HR team supervision and strategy. The HR Manager will have
direct supervision of 3 HR Professionals and 1 HR Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact with the School of Medicine HR Office and Department of Psychiatry
leadership. - Manage staff and faculty onboarding procedures including letters of
offer, background checks, new employee orientation/training, and HR system entry. - Subject matter expert on HCM transactions for new hires, salary adjustments, job changes, FTE updates, terminations, etc.
- Manages Smartsheet database for HCM transactions across HR Professionals.
- Manage and oversight over the credentialing process for all new Dept of Psychiatry providers
and main point of contact with affiliate institutions across HR Professionals. - Oversight over recruitment procedures and best practices.
- Oversee Promotion
process and work with Operations Specialist to build systems in Smartsheet to track progress. - Provide HR leadership to Department of Psychiatry stakeholders.

- A bachelor’s degree in
education, psychology, business, public administration, health care, educational technology, social science, liberal arts, communications,
accounting, finance, library science, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.- A
combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree on a year for year
basis.

- Three (3) years of professional level experience in HR or Faculty Affairs.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in CU Systems including Jira, HCM, OnBase and PRiSM.
- Knowledge
of CU HR and Finance policies and procedures.

Pay Range:
starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $63,987 – $81,391.
The
above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible
