Overview
Princeton University Athletics is seeking a Temporary Gameday Ticket Representative to help at our gameday events with selling tickets, handling will-call & team gate lists and other gameday duties as needed.
This position will support and assist the Ticket Office with game day ticket office operations. Staff member should have outstanding interpersonal skills, operate with the highest integrity and have strict attention to detail.
The Athletic ticket office is located at Jadwin Gym, shifts may take place at the Princeton Stadium, Baker Rink, Class of ’52 Stadium and Jadwin Gym (depending on the sport).
Responsibilities
- Event days with a strong focus on customer interaction and service
- Customer Service: Assist customers with lost tickets and other customer service related issues.
- Sales: Sell tickets on computerized ticketing system Audience View during event walk-up
- Will Call: Distribute Will Call tickets and troubleshoot/manage customer expectations when issues arise.
- Understand all aspects of Ticket Office policies
- Provide positive, friendly, and timely service to all guests
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates

- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced setting
- Able to take and relay instructions
- Experience handling and balancing cash and credit cards
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment
- Reliable transportation to Princeton University
