Job Description:
Will
oversee daily operations and services, coordinate the activities of assigned staff of Undergraduate Advising for the Bass School of Arts,
Humanities, and Technology. Reports directly to the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies for BAHT (ADU)

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in counseling or a related field
and 8 years experience working with college students in an academic counseling or advising capacity; or Master’s degree & six years’
experience as described above.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master’s degree and at least six
    years experience working with college students in an academic counseling or advising capacity;
  • Superior attention to
    detail. Strong management skills. Strong organization, multi-tasking and priority setting abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high
    volume and deadline-driven environment.
