Summary of Duties:
This position provides an extensive variety of confidential, clerical, and office support, front-line reception and backup to executive support staff in the Office of the VP for Finance and Administration.
Required Qualifications:
- High school graduation or equivalent and five (5) years of clerical or secretarial support experience OR any combination of relevant education and experience totaling five (5) years.
- Demonstrated experience using an electronic calendaring system.
- Demonstrated computer experience including development and maintenance of databases and spreadsheets.
- Demonstrated experience effectively handling confidential and sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience working in a position requiring extreme confidentiality.
- Demonstrated work experience arranging and reconciling business travel.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of WSU Business Policies and Procedures.
- Experience with Workday or similar system.

Monthly Salary: $3,750.83 – $4,574.21| In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
