The Opportunity:

The Academic Program Coordinator II position will support the operations of Interdisciplinary Studies within the College of Undergraduate Studies, collaborating with faculty and staff in support of student success.


  • Conducts degree certification and pre-certification; assists with various academic programs workshops, activities, and initiatives towards academic support.

  • Completes degree audits; conduct research; analyzes data and generates and disseminates periodic reports including but not limited annual report and institutional effectiveness reports.

  • Supports recruitment, including readmission of disqualified students.

  • Reviews and validates updates to the undergraduate catalog.

  • Develops collaborative relationships with academic success coaches in the Division of Student Success and Well-being.

  • Assists with various academic program workshops, activities, and initiatives toward academic support for students enrolled in degree programs in the office of interdisciplinary studies.

  • Analyzes data, generates, and disseminates periodic reports.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree.

  • Experience in higher education at the program, department, or college level.

  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
