Proximity Learning Partners With LinkIt! to Boost Virtual Learning – EdTechReview

[ad_1]

Proximity Learning Inc., the pioneering provider of synchronous virtual instruction for K-12 education, has recently partnered with LinkIt!, a market leader providing data warehousing, analytics, assessment and multi-tiered system of support (MTSS) solutions for K-12 schools. Proximity Learning teachers can now access LinkIt!’s assessment creation and analysis tools to personalize their virtual learning programmes, which have proven to increase grades across core subjects by up to 56 per cent in some districts.

Established in 2009, Proximity Learning Inc. has pioneered using web conferencing technology to stream certified teachers into a classroom when they cannot be found locally. Students are able to see, learn, and interact with a teacher “live” each day from within their school classrooms. This PLI model directly addresses the acute and growing teacher shortage crisis plaguing school districts across the U.S.

Speaking on the collaboration, Evan Erdberg, President and Founder of Proximity Learning, said:

Our teachers have provided standard-setting instruction to over 500,000 students. We aim to equip teachers with the training and resources they need to deliver a stellar virtual learning experience and deeply connect with their students to understand their individual and group learning needs. Tools like LinkIt! allow us to measure the effectiveness of our educational programme by monitoring and nurturing student progress.

Developed by K-12 educators, technologists, and data professionals, the LinkIt! platform provides assessment management, data analytics, and intervention support to significantly improve student performance. By allowing Proximity Learning teachers to better measure pre- and post-test performance, LinkIt! ensures that the academic needs of each student are met, instilling confidence in the effectiveness of the programme.

Joshua Powe, Co-founder and Executive Chairman of LinkIt!, added:

We founded LinkIt! to close the gap between curriculum assessment and mastery for standardized testing. Since then, we’ve evolved our tool to support hundreds of districts and partners throughout the U.S., capturing student data and improving educational outcomes. Assessment data is a powerful tool for educators, administrators, parents, and students. Tracking and analyzing progress is critical to surround students with a holistic learning environment focused on their success.

LinkIt! is dedicated to helping school districts streamline collecting, managing and analyzing student performance data to improve academic achievement, save time and increase overall productivity. The platform also provides custom analytical services to help schools better understand their data for more effective decision-making and action planning. However, what truly sets LinkIt! apart is its unwavering commitment to customer care and support, ensuring that every stakeholder in the educational journey feels valued and supported.

US SEC APPROVES THE MOST ANTICIPATED ETH ETF FUNDS, WHAT’S NEXT ?

[ad_1]

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved eight applications for spot ETH ETF funds to get trade in open markets, but it still needs to approve the S-1 form to start trading.

The regulator approved 19b-4 forms for the ETF applications filed by BlackRock, Fidelity, Grayscale, Bitwise, Ark, Invesco Galaxy, and Franklin Templeton. However, this changed earlier this week when the SEC began engaging with issuers and requested the submission of 19b-4 forms.

Some experts believe that the spot ETF approval will push ETH’s price past its current all-time high. However, this shift could have security implications for the broader Ethereum ecosystem. If ETH stake holders continue to withdraw their previously staked coins and move them to the newly approved ETFs, it could weaken the security of the Ethereum network.

As of now, at the time of writing this article, ETH is trading around $3,700 and has a growth in its price by over 20% in the past week and stands at a market capitalization of $445 Billion
