Passengers on Air India Express (IX 247), from Mumbai to Dubai, created a ruckus after their flight was delayed for 13 hours. Air India said that the delay was caused by a technical snag, “which was beyond the control of the airline”. They, however, provided refreshments and dinner to travellers, and offered free modification and facility to cancel and avail full refund.
